He is survived by: his parent Rachel Compo (Nichols); his aunt Charles LaValley; his uncle Ida LaValley (Nichols); his spouse Doris M. Fincham; his children, David LaValley of Manvel, Linda Myers, David Myers of Elizabethtown, Sharon Johnson and Gary Johnson of Massena; and his sister Jean Ann Cody of Hawaii. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
