It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Debien in Massena, New York, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Debien and Doris Debien (Fournier); his brothers, Ronald, Roger and Timothy Debien; and his great grandchild Darren Sabre.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Dumers; his children, Kathleen Sabre (Jerry), Deborah Molnar (Steve) of Louisville, Chris Debien (Kathy), Linda Taylor (Gary) and Richard Debien (Geraldine); and his siblings, Gary Debien of Tupper Lake, Marilyn Finnin (Tom), Carolyn Greene (Ira) and Sally McComber of Norfolk, NY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
