It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Chagnon of Massena, New York, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Chagnon and Florence Noreau Chagnon. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dowe; his children, Connie of North Attleboro, MA and Shawn McKeel of Massena; and his brother Bruce Chagnon (Judy).
