She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Diagostino and Elizabeth Diagostino (Clough); and her husband John E. "Jack" O'Neill. She is survived by: her children, Mary E. O'Neill (Norman J. DeCelles) of Massena, John O'Neill (Karen Bronchetti) of Massena and Patricia Jo Green (Brett) of Massena; her grandchildren, Karin Smutz, Marra Tremblay, Sean, Jack, Molly and Liam Green; and her brothers, Francis "Jack" Diagostino (Judy) of Indiana and B. Anthony Diagostino (Emily) of Massena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
