He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Saxby and Joyce Saxby (Rushlow); and his niece Rachel Anne Saxby. He is survived by: his former wife Josie Scheening; and his siblings, Susan Lapierre of Potsdam, Marsha Christian (Raymond) of Maryland and Thomas Saxby (Leanne) of Norfolk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
