He is survived by: his parent Clara Cryderman Shirley; his wife Patricia; his children, William Paul of Louisville, Patti Shirley of Louisville, Robert Peter of Louisville, Michelle Shirley of Louisville, Thomas Edward Michael of Louisville, Sarah Shirley of Louisville, Susan Marie of Louisville and Leonard Vancor of Louisville; his grandchildren, Rebecca Shirley, John Shirley, Michael Shirley, Dan, Renee Shirley, Brandon, Virginia Surdez, Megan, Travis LaBar and Ashlin Elliott; and his great grandchildren, McKayla, Trevor, Morghan and Emmah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
