He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Giametta and Lena Giametta (Ancona); and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Janet S. Sherman; his sisters, Marie Rufa and Margaret Calecca; his children, Joe (Brittany), Andrew (Lucy) and Lea; and his grandchildren, Paul, Maggie, Cate, Vinny and Iris.
