He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Summerfield; his daughter Terri Kelsall; his siblings, Charlotte Sheridan, Terry Gore and Richard Gore; and his grandparents, Gerald and Charlotte Summerfield.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Mackenzie Ratcliff (Jake) of Logan, OH, Tina Harmon (Nick) of College Station, Darcy Ashley (Chad) of Norfolk, NY, Jennifer Bajraliu (Florim) of Sandyhook, CT and Joshua Harding (Adrienne Arnold); his son-in-law Scott Kelsell of Troy, PA; and his sister Barbara Mathias (Ned) of Bremen, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and special friends.
