He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George J. and Cora L. Haley (Thibert); and his siblings, George, John, Richard Haley and Elizabeth Gabri.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Eurto; his sons, Shawn and Kris Haley of Norfolk; his grandson Cody Haley; and his sister Bert Sullivan of Louisville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
