She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Eldridge and Roxey Eldridge (Amon); her spouse Francis Deruchia; her son Darren; and her siblings, Murray Eldridge and Margie Bennett.
She is survived by: her sons, Vernon Carr (Sue) of Massena, David Carr (Monica) of Waddington and Gordon Carr (Lisa) of Syracuse; and her brother Mahlon Eldridge of Waddington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Murdie's memory may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
