He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim "Bucky" and Agnes Gladding (Bush); his daughter Tina Monroe; and his siblings, Leo, Cecil, Elson, Ephraim (Ryland Gladding), Mary Gladding and Ethel Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Murray (Mark), Benny Gladding (Penny) and Jack Gladding (Ruby Green); and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Eric, Whitney Gladding, Derek, Adam, Beth Murray and Blayne Monroe. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
