He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Garrow and Agnes M. Garrow (Herne); and his siblings, Donita Roxanne, Beverly, Rosemary Garrow, Geraldine "Debbie" Bero, Sam, Dewey and Frank Garrow.
He is survived by: his siblings, Hazella "Honey Bee" Terrance of Akwesasne, Robert Herne of Arizona, Ronald (Diane Garrow) of Akwesasne and Alex (Minnie Garrow) of Akwesasne; his siblings-in-law, Walter Bero of Akwesasne, Dora Oakes of Akwesasne and Jessica Garrow of Akwesasne; and his godchildren, Cody Terrance, Thomas "Cubby" Terrance, Jr., Mary Pearl Burk and Christopher "LaBoy" Jacobs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in his memory to the St. Regis Catholic Church Heritage Fund.
