He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Murphy and Beverly Murphy (White); and his brother Matthew Murphy. He is survived by: his former wife Lynda Adner; his children, Tyler Murphy of Norfolk, Ryan Murphy (Brittany Morgan) of Brasher and Mykenzie Murphy of Brasher; his daughter-in-law Brittany Murphy of Massena; his grandchildren, Arieonna, Ciaran, Declan, Alexus, Karson and Jaxxon; and his siblings, Patricia Peets (Hugh) of Massena, Colleen Gardner (Duane) of Norfolk, Michael Murphy (Margaret) of Brasher, Timothy Murphy of Brasher, Sean Murphy of Brasher, Alfred Murphy (Rebecca) of Rodman and Brenden Murphy (Darcy) of Massena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
