She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Snyder and Myrtle Snyder (Deon); her husband William J. Forrest; her son James W. Forrest; and her siblings, Lawrence, William, Lois and Edna.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Forrest of Massena and Michael Forrest of Ayer, Massachusetts; her granddaughter Chantal Forrest; and her brother Leon Forrest of Alabama. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
