She was predeceased by: her parent Glenwood Hatch; and her brothers, Clifford and Vernon. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Hatch; her spouses, Robert L. Page and Arnold; her children, Cynthia Felstein (Gary), Randy Page (Deanna), Ricky Page of Stockholm and Michael Page of Columbus, Indiana; her stepchildren, Diane Miller of Massena, Nancy Bush of Massena, Steven Bush of Albany, Arnold E. Jr., Llauni Bush of Norfolk, Christopher Bush, Jill Bush of Buria, Ohio, Aaron Bush and Michael Bush of Albany; and her siblings, Joan Major of Canton, NY, Harold and Sandra. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's memory to the American Heart Association or the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
