She was predeceased by: her siblings, John William, Abraham Gray, Margaret Jackson, Harriett Jacobs and Julia Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Eddie; her children, Neil Conrad Mitchell of Akwesasne, Shawn William Mitchell (Megan) of Brasher, Edward Ryan Mitchell of Cornwall and Heather Lena Bernadette Mitchell (Mitch Smoke) of Akwesasne; her grandchildren, Kanahstatsi, Keana, Connor (Kenzie), Marshall, Gage, Cindel, Jasmine, Leland and Andromada; her great grandchildren, Hazel and Faith; and her sister Marie Pierce of Massena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
