He is survived by: his significant other Anne Tessier of Massena; his children, Jordan Cecot, Brittany, Chelsea and Matthew Barney; his stepdaughter Courtney Tessier; and his siblings, Sandra Barney of Massena, Michael (Cheryl Barney), Wayne (Tracy Barney), Lloyd "Andy" (Lisa Barney), Chris (Cindy Barney), Paul (Kim Barney) and Patrick (Darcy Barney). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
