He was predeceased by: his father George Mitchell; and his sister Georgia Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Dawn A. Labar; his children, Dennis Sr. (Angel Mitchell), Rick Mitchell of Arizona, Tony (Debbie Mitchell), Aaric (Carla St Michel) and Michael (Jessica Mitchell); and his sister Hilda VanPatten of Brasher. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
