It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Leo Thompson (Massena, New York), who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Thompson and Mary Genevieve Thompson (Phelix); and his siblings, Helen Brown, Deland, William and Bernard Thompson.
He is survived by: his spouse Rayona Eldridge; his children, Leo Thompson (Tammy Wilson), Craig Thompson of Massena, Beth (Matt Nezezon) and Patrick (Kim Thompson); his grandchildren, Kyle Shampine, Ella Thompson, Benjamin Thompson and Logan Wilson; his great grandchildren, Claire Nezezon, Remington and Ryder Shampine; and his sister-in-law Rachel Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
