She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ezard and Mae Ezard (Castleman); her husband Leon M. Hazelton; her sons, Dale Edward and Gary D. Hazelton; and her siblings, Dorothy, Mildred Lawrence, George "Donald" and Sterling Ezard.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy, Antonio "Tony" Germano of Raymondville, David and Linda Hazelton of Bradenton, Florida. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in her memory to Norfolk Rescue Squad or the Massena Humane Society.
