He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Waterman and Olive Waterman (Gray); and his sibling Vaughn Cook. He is survived by: his children, Gerald "Jay" Waterman, Serena Adkins (Bobby) and Lisa Marie Polidori (Michael); his grandchildren, Magen Caraway, Hudson Waterman, Dakota Kraft (Eric), Zackary Adkins, Anthony, Michaela and Gino Polidori; his great grandchildren, Alex and Kya Kraft; his sisters, Doreen Delormier, Marlene Bero and Francine Marvin; his godson Garrett Marvin; and his siblings, Emily Garrow, Gary Cook (Caroline), Karen Tarbell (Basil), Curley Phillips, Raymond Cook and Bryan Cook (Debbie).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Akwesasne Homemakers (1126 River Rd, Le Haut-Saint-Laurent Regional County Municipality, QC H0M 1A1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
