Frank Hess Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2023, at the age of 81, Frank Hess (Massena, New York), born in Potsdam, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hess and Florence "Betty" Hess (Johnson); and his close friend Joan Everett. He is survived by: his significant other German Shepard; his daughter Karis (Greg Munson) of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Coby (Dayna Munson) of Norwood and Samantha of Norfolk; his sister Melody (Douglas Carrier) of Hornell; and his half-sister Kathleen Hess Kendall.

In lieu of flowers, Frank would like memorial donations to be made to the Potsdam Humane Society or any veteran organization of one's choice.
