He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Burnham and Violet Burnham (Dafoe); and his siblings, Mark, William Burnham, Geraldine Oaster and Elaine Burnham.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Gauthier; and his children, Timothy Burnham (Janet) of Oswegatchie, Terry Latimer (Monty) of Canton, Tammy Coleman (Richard) of Colton, Toby Burnham (Patty) of Canton, Tina Stahl (Gregory) of Canton, Theodore Burnham (Marianne) of Massena and Trudy Szarka (Todd) of Massena. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
