She was predeceased by: her parents, James Basil and Nancy M. Cook (Thomas); and her husband Frank W. Cook. She is survived by: her son William Jr.; her stepchildren, Frank Cook, Jr., Michael, Patrick and Sona Barletta; her siblings, Morley J. Cook (Frances) of Minoa, Teresa Cook (Richard) of Akwesasne, Veronica Cook of Akwesasne, Sylvia Thompson (Norris) of Akwesasne, Jerry Cook (Cecelia) of Akwesasne, Clinton Cook (Renee) of Akwesasne and Darlene Thompson of Akwesasne; and her godsons, Michael Thomas and Vaughn Sunday. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
