He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Cook (Jeanette), Travis Cook (Claudia), Cynthia "Tia" Cook and Joseph Warren Cook; his children, Centuri Cook (Uriah Allen) and Kylor Cook (Cindy Nguyen); his grandchildren, Laken (Isaac Benedict), Heron-Reign, Costas, Alove, Rhythm and Natalie; and his great grandchild Nile.
