She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth F. Perry and Barbara Perry (Hale); and her siblings, Thomas Perry and Jenny LaBrake. She is survived by: her husband Ernest E. Monroe; her sons, Edward E. Monroe (Lisa) of San Antonio, Texas, Justin J. Monroe (Debra) of Rome and Lucas M. Monroe (Heather) of Massena; her grandchildren, Ponciano Seoane III, Katherine, Tyler, Jake L. and Ayva G. Monroe; her great grandchild Liam Seoane; and her siblings, Kathy Pitcher (Randy) of Sandy Creek, Michael Perry of Parishville and William Perry (Alice) of Bennington, Vermont. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
