She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert Matthews, Barbara Planty and Diane Matthews; and her parents, Henry Matthews and Gilberta LaBelle Matthews.
She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Agen Jr.; her children, Melissa (Peter O'Brien), Robert (Jan Agen III), Susan (Steven Cobb) and Dan Agen (Tricia Deon); and her grandchildren, Lauren O'Brien, Jacob O'Brien, Jordan Agen and Tyler Agen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a special family friend, Father.
Per regulations, facial coverings and social distancing practices are required.
