He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Goolden and Clara Goolden (Backus); and his brother Richard Goolden. He is survived by: his wife Andra O'Hara of Massena; his children, Nichol Cryderman (Ken), David Goolden of Massena and Jayson Goolden (Jennifer) of Massena; his stepdaughters, Julie Haas (Wayne) of Massena, Susan Kirkey (William) and Faye Reese (William); his grandchildren, Jerami, Chance, Gavin Cryderman, Zackery, Ashlynn Goolden, Nolan and Nathan Goolden; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Tyler Haas, Adam, Carrisa Kirkey, Liam and Grace Reese; and his sister Debbie Fenton (Randy) of Massena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in David's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
