He is survived by: his siblings, Darrin Kelley (Angie) of Massena, NY, Tom Kelley (Eva) of Welch, WV and Nancy Kelley of Elmira, NY; his children, David Kelley (Ariel) of Phelps, NY and Sheila Kelley (Tom) of Waverly, NY; and his close friend Steve Vedder. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; fiancée, care taker.
