She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert J. Hughes and Beatrice M. Hughes (Paro); her stepfather Francis "Hector" Cutrie; her brother Ronald H. Hughes; and her grandson Corey R. Ashley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Gail Ashley) and Cynthia (Frank Harmon); and her siblings, Jack Hughes, Nancy Hughes of Massena, Sallie and Terry Warren of Massena. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
