It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Joseph Wangler (Massena, New York), who passed away on February 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Nicole Shrader and Joshua Shannon-Wangler; his grandparents, Charles Wangler III, Ellen Mason, Philip and Shannon Shrader; his great-grandparent Claudia Mangin; and his aunts and uncles, Natasha Shannon, Erika Shrader, Kaylee LaFave, Justin Wangler, Andrew Mason Jr. and Tyler LaFave.
