She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Podgurski and Audrey Podgurski of Massena; and her sister Stephanie. She is survived by: her husband Philip W. Smith Sr.; her brothers, Bruce (Susan) and Steven (Catherine); her son Philip W Smith Jr. From; her niece Meghan; her great-niece Olivia; her great-nephew Jack; and her caregivers, Eva Stanford, Dr. Kennedy and Plattsburg.
Bonnie will be cremated and would want any donations to be made in her honor to the Massena Hospital Foundation, 1 Hospital Drive Massena, NY 13662.
