He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Newcombe and Alice Newcombe (Miller); his siblings, Garrison Finley, Irving Leslie Newcombe and Gloria Levac; and his sisters-in-law, Linda and Mary Newcombe.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Gilson (Christopher) of Raymondville, Barry Newcombe Jr. (Marcia) of Redford, NY, Jeremy Newcombe of Massena and Matthew Newcombe (Hannah Wilson) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Alex, Jocelyn Bowers, Triston Gilson, Madeline, Olivia Newcombe, Tia Thompson and Tyler Newcombe; his great grandchildren, Ivy, Jackson and Maverick; his brother Bruce Newcombe of Raymondville; and his brother-in-law Dennis J. Levac of Chase Mills. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
