Ann Oakes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Oakes of Massena, New York, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kingston and Bernice Kingston (Barclay); her son-in-law Bruce Rowe; and her siblings, Bernice, Donna Page, James, Thomas, George Jr., Clarence and William Kingston.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Rowe of Massena, Donna M., Robert Martell of Massena, Jim and Daria Oakes of Saratoga Springs; and her grandchildren, Ann E. Oakes, Jay C. Oakes and James Robert Martell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current health restrictions, visitation will be occupancy controlled and those attending are asked to observe social distancing and wear face covering.
