With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas M. Sullivan (Massapequa, New York), who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sullivan and Nora Healy Sullivan; his wife Audrey; his sons, Thomas, Raymond (Eileen) and Joseph; his grandsons, James Henry and Michael Patrick; his siblings, Joseph (Patricia), John (Peggy), Edward (Josephine) and Maureen; and his pets, Navillus, Nike and Phoebe.
Because of the current pandemic, there will be no wake or funeral service. Burial will be private at St. Charles Cemetary, Farmingdale, NY.
