He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ernst Moser and Dr. Marianne Bathe. He is survived by: his wife Anke Merton; his daughters, Vivian Merton Vazeos and Stephanie M. Dahlquist (David Dahlquist); his grandchildren, Nicole G. Dahlquist, Konstantinos M. Vazeos, Anna M. Vazeos and Natalie E. Dahlquist; his siblings-in-law, Dirk and Judy Salz; his nieces and nephews, H. Steven Dittrich, Karin Diane LeViness, Christopher Salz and Bettina Forssman; and his son-in-law Demetrios Vazeos.
