She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Ugalde and Epigmenia Ugalde; and her siblings, Betty Smith, Lydia Calimano and George Ugalde.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Nichols of Delray Beach, Fla, Glenn Nichols of San Antonio, Tex and Mark Nichols (Tricia) of Singer Island, Fla.; her grandchildren, Crystal Houser (Branden), Garrett Nichols and Aubrey Nichols; and her great grandchild Bellamy Houser.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
