She was predeceased by: her husband Donald C. Leon Sr.; and her daughter Donna Jean Leon. She is survived by: her sons, Donald C. Leon Jr. (Sharon) of Pittsburgh, PA and Daniel Leon (Janet) of Etters, PA; her grandchildren, Nicole Blair (Julius), Breanna Zollinger (Justin), Noelle Jean Horton (Matthew), Brian Leon (Tara), Michael Leon (Leigh), Danielle Leon, David Leon and J. D. Baxley; and her sisters, Joan Goetchel and Kathleen Odette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
