We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2023 we had to say goodbye to David Levenstein of Massapequa, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Levenstein. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Levenstein; his wife Lisa; his brothers, Michael (Amy) and Brian; his children, Matthew (Josephine), Holly and Olivia; and his stepsons, Kyle and Keith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made in David's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.
