He is survived by: his parents, Donald Connelly and Dorothy Connelly; his children, Kirsten and Tom of Massapequa, NY; his sister Peggy; his siblings-in-law, Peter (Tim) of Seaford, NY and Donna of Massapequa Park, NY; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Dan; his nephews, James and Ryan; and his niece Kathryn.
