He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann Sullivan (Kaminsky). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Richard F. Sullivan III (Kathleen) and Margaret Mary Alter (Daniel); his grandsons, Richard F. Sullivan IV (Jennifer Faig) and Bryan Sullivan (Meaghan Sullivan); his great grandchildren, Nora Sullivan, Abigail Sullivan and Brendan Sullivan; and his sister Nancy Griffith (Philip). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
