He was predeceased by: his spouse Hopey Duka; his child Michele Cox of Randolph, NJ; his brother Louis of Maspeth, NY; and his sister-in-law Theresa Innelli. He is survived by: his children, John of Rose Valley, PA, Hope Innelli of Glendale, CA and Frank Jr. of Glen Head, NY; his children-in-law, Hollis Baker, Richard Cox, Kaipo Schwab and Maggie Innelli; his sister Anna Mariano of Ocala, FL; his siblings-in-law, Dominick Mariano, Doris Duka Smile Mezin, Daniel Duka, Helen Duka Mustello and Eleanor Duka Newton; and his grandchildren, Katherine, James Innelli, Jared, Tyler, Makenzie Cox, Giovanni Schwab, Daniel, Caroline and Kyle Innelli.
