He is survived by: his wife Linda Cole Thomas; his children, Jim Thomas (Heather), Gary Thomas (Darcy), Matthew (Tiffany) and Thomas (E. T.); his siblings, Susan Wakeman (Richard) and John Thomas (Nancy); his grandchildren, Caila, Cole, Jackson, Jenna and Jaylee; and his caregiver Dr. Michael Freeman.
