He is survived by: his parents, Dale Wagner and Barbara Wagner (Hager); his grandson Adam; his wife Sandra Butts; his children, Alaina Cutting (Ben) and Adam Wagner; his siblings, Kristine Sexton (Rob Possemato), Richard (Tammy), Michael (Sandy) and Dana Wagner (Robin); his nieces and nephews, Jacylyn, Kenneth, Alexandria, Michael, Lindsey, Hannah, Emilee, Sophie and Trent; and his friend Larry Jump.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rodney's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in remembrance of Ashleigh Moranda, a lifelong member of the Wagner family.
