He is survived by: his children, Phillip Eugene Frazier IV, Curtis Shermaine Frazier and Demetrius Allen Hunt; his grandchildren, Curtis Frazier Jr., Boston Manigault, Javon Phillip Frazier, Daelen Hupfeld and Jaylen Burton; and his siblings, Melanie Frazier, Mark Frazier, Tracey Thomas and Brent Andrew Thomas. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and siblings.
