He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Denny and Ella Denny; and his brother David Denny. He is survived by: his partner Walter Nagel of Oneonta, NY.; his children, Kirk (Vanessa Denny) and Heather Denny (Doug Sickler); his granddaughter Victoria Denny; and his former wife Winnie Denny-Smith.
