He was predeceased by: his wife Melinda (Goldsmith); and his father Stanley Stein. He is survived by: his mother Lois B. Levitan; his siblings, Jim Stein of Boca Raton, Richard Stein of Frederick and Lynn Levitan of Bethesda, Maryland.; and his friend Alan. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
