He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell St. Andrew and Shelba Clinard (Veivia). He is survived by: his wife Clarissa St. Andrew; his stepfather Francis Miller; his children, Rebecca Arrington (Robert), Tasha Banks, Luke St (Samantha), Amanda Murphy (Shane) and Nicholas St (Kelsey); his siblings, Bruce St. Andrew, Jody Miller (Amber), Shelley Murphy, Shannon Jaquay (Mark) and Jennifer De Vaul (John); and his grandchildren, Walter Kimber II, Grace, Jaxx, Xxzavier Murphy, Mason Banks and Mia St. Andrew. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
