He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Rice and Betsy Rice (Shepard); his sister Sally Ringelberg; and his son Jonathan Wiltsie. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Rice; his children, William Rice (Jill) and Wendy Morrison (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Tyler Rice, Mackenzie Cappelletti (Erick), Hannah Morrison and Dakota Morrison. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
