He is survived by: his father Wayne McDonald; his wife Terri McDonald (Guernsey); his children, Roxanne Lopez, Jessica McDonald and Dwayne McDonald II; his grandson Mason LaPan; and his siblings, Debbie Benware, Darlene Tassie, Steve McDonald, Cindy McDonald and Kathy McDonald-Sosebee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
